When will it ship? US shipping for simple logos (up to 11,000 stitches) will take 8 to 10 business days to ship.  More complex logos will take up to 14 business days.  Logos in more than one location may take up to 20 business days.  For rush orders, the fee is $30 for returning customers, $45 for new customers.  It will be shipped out within 5 business days.  If something is out of stock, you will be notified asap.
