Description
Original, Early American log homes (hand hewn, mortise and tenon floor joists systems with wooden pegs) ready to reassemble on your property. Most date to the early to mid 1800's and are original to Pa. Included is the frame, rafters and floor joists system as well as tagging, printing, dismantling and loading on a truck. Currently, we have a 24 * 26 ft, two story (with attic) hand hewn chestnut frame, a 37 * 18 ft. two story hand hewn oak frame, a 16 * 12 one story hand hewn chestnut frame and an upcoming 1.5 story frame. If we do not have in inventory what you are looking for, we will try to locate it for you. Very reasonable shipping company available and reassembly services possible depending on location and time frame. We also have reclaimed, original flooring in white pine and yellow pine, barn siding, hand hewn beams, and a distressed, character grade red and white oak flooring.
